March 25-26, 2011
Show Me Rotary is a multi-district Presidents Elect Training Program (PETS) and Secretaries Elect Training Program (SETS). It is held annually at the Capitol Plaza Hotel in Jefferson City, Missouri and is intended to train all the incoming Presidents and Secretaries of the three districts contained in Missouri: 6040, 6060, and 6080. Show Me Rotary has a very full schedule with workshops and discussion groups full of information valuable for all Rotarians. It is an excellent place to network with Rotarians from around the state and get new ideas to take back to your own club.
Show Me Rotary was the one of the very first multi-district PETS program in Rotary and is routinely visited by other districts hoping to begin their own multi-district training program. We are very fortunate to be able to attract the best Rotary speakers to inform and entertain us while at Show Me.
Call early for your hotel reservation. The hotel reservation is completely separate from your registration for the meeting. BE SURE TO DO BOTH!!

Hotel Reservations |

Hotel reservations for Show Me Rotary are separate from registration for the meeting. You need to do both and the earlier the better, since the hotel often sells out.
The Capitol Plaza Hotel is holding a block of rooms for ou group, but will release the hold approximately one month prior to our meeting. The rooms run $95 plus tax. If your club has a sales tax examption letter from the State of Missouri, be sure to discuss this arrangement with the hotel prior to your arrival to be certain you bring the proper documentation with you. |
