Water Wells in Nigeria

This matching grant project will fund 2 water wells, together with pumps and a sanitary spigot area for filling water jugs. These  wells will be located in two communities in Nigeria, Rotary District 9130.

One town is Iseyin, in the Koso area of town. This is in the Iseyin Local Government area of Nigeria. This well will serve approximately 5,000 people.

Also serving 5,000 people, the other well is in Iwoye-Jesa in Oriade Local Government, Nigeria.

In addition to Rotary District 6060, the other funding partners are Rotary District 6490,  the Rotary Club of Osogbo-Oroki in Rotary District 9130 and The Rotary Foundation.  The international sponsor club is Normal, Illinois, USA, D6490.
